Easy Return Policy

Returns on Damaged Goods upon delivery

While it rarely happens, if you receive merchandise that is defective or the wrong item, please report it to us within 24 hours through our contact page, we will give you directions for a non-cost return, after which we will immediately send you a new one. If contacting us via email, it is helpful to send a photo of the problem along with your name, phone number and shipping information.


Return on non-defective goods - Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy

We're confident that you'll be overwhelmed by the world-class quality of our stand up paddle boards and gear, that's why we give a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from date of purchase in original packaging for a full refund of the original purchase price. Items not returned in original packaging will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping in original packaging.

We just ask you to contact us before returning the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


Shipping Policy

All orders over $49.90 are free shipping within the contiguous United States. We can also ship internationally but the shipping will be charged. You can estimate the shipping costs on the cart page, after you add to the cart the products that you intend to buy.

All "Free Shipping" US orders will be shipped by ground service, which takes 2-8 business day to deliver. On the checkout page you will be able to choose different/faster shipping service for an additional charge.

International orders will always be shipped by the most economic shipping service available. Time in transit is typically 8-12 business days, although this can vary quite a bit. Items typically ship within 1-2 business days of purchase.
